Further Education

Welcome to FE!

Each week as a department we undertake offsite activities that enable the young adults to experience and be part of the wider community.  Both groups visit the local gym at Mill Chase Leisure centre weekly and this term are visiting places that look adn care after animals, as this is part of their ASDAN award.

The Personal Progess award enable them to develop and practice vital personal and independent skills, like preparing drinks and snacks and looking after your own home.

Prom 2018

On Friday 29th June, we held our annual Prom.

The theme was Gold, Silver and Bronze, reflecting on the Commonwealth Games and other sports competitions that are being held this year.

All pupils from KS4 and FE were invited for a fun filled evening of friends, music and food!

The pupils arrived in their best dresses and suits in a variety of vehicles as is traditional to proms.

We ate a 3 course meal and danced to live music from D – BEEZ.  This was the final event for our Leavers and we wish them all well as they move on in their lives.
