Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Join Our Team at Hollywater School

Hollywater School is a highly regarded Hampshire-maintained special needs school, providing education for children and young people from Reception through to 19 years of age. As the only non-academy special school in our local area, we are proud of the inclusive, nurturing environment we provide—not only for our pupils, but also for the dedicated staff who work here.

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team as Learning Support Assistants. We are looking for people who share our passion for supporting every child, regardless of their needs, to achieve their full potential and thrive.

This role is for 32.25 hours per week, term time only, with the following working pattern:

  • Monday: 8:45am – 4:30pm

  • Tuesday to Friday: 8:45am – 3:30pm

The salary for this position is £24,405 – £25,430 pro rata, depending on experience.
