Classes
Our classes are carefully designed to support pupils with a wide range of needs. We provide a highly structured, nurturing environment where every child is supported to learn, communicate, and engage with the world around them in ways that are meaningful and appropriate for them.
Class sizes are small, with high levels of adult support where necessary to ensure pupils feel safe, understood, and valued. Learning is personalised and flexible, recognising that progress may look different for every child and may take many forms.
Learning in our classes includes:
- Individualised learning programmes tailored to each pupil’s needs
- Consistent routines supported by visual cues and sensory supports
- A focus on communication, including AAC where appropriate
- Sensory-based learning and therapeutic approaches
- Development of independence, self-care, and life skills
- Support for emotional regulation and wellbeing
- Opportunities for choice-making and engagement at each pupil’s level
Our experienced staff work closely with families, therapists, and other professionals to provide a holistic approach to learning and care. We celebrate every achievement, no matter how small, and place great importance on building trust, comfort, and positive relationships.
Each class provides a calm, supportive space where pupils are encouraged to explore, interact, and develop at their own pace.
